Sichuan Chilli Chickell

Sichuan Chilli Chickell - 09/15/20 07:24 PM

My wife and I wanted Asian food, but since Covid-19 we have not eaten in a restaurant. We have done take out a few times. Wife is in year 11 with her battle with cancer so we have to be extra careful with germ exposures.

I found a recipe online at www.marionskitchen.com for Sichuan Chilli Chicken that sounded good. I made broccoli with an orange sauce to accompany the chicken.

I will be making both dishes again someday.

That looks wonderful. The wife can't do the onions, so I usually have to add to my plate afterwards. Sechuan is just about perfect for heat level, and any of the orange sauce, sweet/sour, or General Tsao give some great flavors.
