This was fun to make. Bottom layer consist of fried rice and you mix up all the contents in the cast iron before plating it. Gochujang Korean chilli paste is the stuff in the middle.

(All homemade, cut and seasoned)

Beautiful presentation, I love veggies and stir fries. I was never a fan of rice until we moved to Bay City and ate really good local rice. Love it now in any form or fashion!

That looks really good, I love that dish! Ate it quite a bit in Singapore.

-1 part sesame oil
-2 parts soy sauce
-1 part ponzu sauce
-Sriracha if you want.
-1part sugar.

This has been my go-to bibimbap sauce that I adapted to another recipe.

Search "Korean pork belly bacon". Several ways to do it, but we use a dry rub, then grill it on a hibachi like grill.
