X2. I shot a big male 25 yrs ago. I ate the whole thing in bbq cuts, & stews etc. We were poor and didn’t waste much, it was not good at all (tuff & gamey) so I haven’t shot another one since. We didn’t have a meat grinder, that would have been nice back then lol. Thinking about giving them another try. I’ve learned a few things since then. That bowl looks fantastic.

This was a mature ewe, I have been pleasantly surprised.
Been real good eating.
I had and still have people that tell me that they are trash, leave rn for buzzards, can’t eat em, blah blah blah.
But this ewe has really been good.
My wife even enjoys it.

That looks amazing. Some awesome belly warming food right there! We had our cold front, and all the associated damages. Tore down a lot of trees. Wind around 70+ here, and over 100 at my daughters in Salt Lake City. She's still without power 24 hours later. Chili you can warm up on the camp stove. smile

Looks great. I almost made the same thing last night. We have a low of 50° this a.m. and the wind is blowing pretty good. I love cold weather.
