I would be all over that entire meal, but maybe a little lighter on the cranberry sauce. I eat it on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and that's almost one day too many for me!!
Sorry, but I have never been a fan of leg 1/4. I am in the minority though. When I managed a meat market we would run them on sale for .19¢ lb. for a 10lb. bag and we couldn`t keep them in the counter.
Another thing we would do is to take a big 3 compartment sink and put 100 lbs. in each sink and season the leg 1/4`s with different seasonings. They would marinate for about an hour and the we would package them in smaller packages. The seasoned leg 1/4`s would be about .79¢ per lb. The seasoned leg 1/4`s have become more popular over time in all stores.
