Have a big busy day planned, so might as well start it off good. Step #1 - Have a good friend who makes fabulous chorizo, and with a buffalo has plenty to share!!! Step #2 - Coffee up real good, and get started.

Hot spicy chorizo, fried potatoes with peppers and onions, and a 3 egg cheese omelet! Oh yum.

Looks outstanding. Could you share the chorizo recipe? I won't/can'y use bison but other game meats.

7mag: I'll try to get the recipe from my friend in AZ, they make it out of any of the game meat they take. I know she's out bowhunting deer right now. Will post here for everyone, when I get it.
