Wife and I took the SxS UTV for about a 50 mile ride today in the mountains, over a couple different drainages and around the lake. Looked at all kinds of new places to camp, and explored the unit I have for elk hunting. After Bill's great pasta thread I was thinking spaghetti, but "she who must be obeyed" said too hot to boil in the kitchen! Settled for real belly busting food tonight. Got the meatballs I made last week and froze, thawed and simmered most of the afternoon in marinara. Really tender and good too! Fresh baked bread from the bakery, and too much mozzarella. Added some great fresh veggies (maters, cukes and baby summer squash) , with Parm and balsamic. Complimentary G&T.
