What are we cooking this weekend?

Call it and lets see if it happens. What would you consider being a great homemade meal for this weekend, sides too?

I'm thinking bacon wrapped hotdogs with a mango, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime, honey salsa.
.........and cold beer

Meatloaf with macaroni tonight and grilled tenderloin tomorrow night.

Heck yeah, id like to know that meatloaf recipe.

Flank steak, bacon wrapped breast strips, jalapeno poppers and baked beans. This was from last night(Friday). I got the Flank steak from Costco and it was really big.

I smoked the flank steak @180 degrees for 2 hours in my RECTEQ 590 and wrapped in foil. Then I placed in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour and sliced. It was great and extremely tender.

There you go again.

Pretty basic; was some grilled hamburgers with Gorganzola cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes and veggies. Got too busy with the other pepper project.

You changed my mind.

If I can manage to make room, I'm gonna do my best to get a bowl of this down!
