Beans and Rice, with Andouille - 08/17/20 07:39 PM
Needed some spice in my life today. Diced tomatoes and Ro-Tel, red/white/black beans, spicy Andouille sausage, plenty more of the diced green chiles and jalapeños, and some rice to thicken up. Ended up with this!
1. Starting the boil.
2. Yep, it's what's for lunch, with Saltines and an ice cold cerveza.
3. Future lunches, and meal bases for other yummy stuff.
