With our current heat wave, we make Frito salads, regular salad makings with cold fried crumbled sausage cold pinto beans and Fritos doused with the dressing of your choice.

Ever put a few extra drops of balsamic vinegar in there.

while visiting Cottonwood AZ a few years back, we stopped in at Verde Valley Olive Oil Traders that had a wide variety of different flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegar. We bought a mixed variety case and had shipped back home. My favorite was a blend of Garlic olive oil and blood orange balsamic vinegar.
