OMG. What a way to celebrate!

Getting ready to throw it all on the grill, stove, and in the oven. Big Mahi filets, Ahit tuna filet and wasabi, Beef filets and peppers and onions. Jalepeno bacon poppers and pizza squares. Pan brownies, Key Lime pie, and pecan pie and ice cream. I don’t think we forgot any thing, but have up until the fireworks to remember. Happy Fourth to everyone and enjoy your liberty.

Where did you get the fish?

We have a Winco here in town, discount food store a lot like Sam’s or Costco. The deli manager imports the whole filets, which are blast frozen and dated. Usually within two weeks to us. Hard to beat!!
