Made some fish tacos the other night. I have used many different types of fish but trout has to be my favorite. What is Y'alls go to fish for a taco?

Fresh off the boat specs and reds get my vote. Grouper that had been previously frozen tasted pretty good also, at the bar at Blackbeard’s.
