Tried something different. Cut a little bit bigger steaks than usual and seasoned with gochujang. It's an interesting flavor, sweet then spicy. Probably should have worked for a better sear on it, but it was good.
Pearl couscous cooked with onions and mushrooms, used some homemade chicken stock as the liquid. Very tasty. and broiled broccoli
