Wife came to the motel. Made some crockpot pork.

After ten years of marriage my wife can make about 5 solid meals. Which means I do a majority of the cooking in our house. This is one of my favorite things she cooks. Toss pork chops in ranch dressing mix, put in a crockpot with enough chicken broth to barely cover, and a can of rotel. Spoon meat and broth over rice once it’s done. It’s stupid simple and delicious. Made on the same burner as the waygu steak I posted last time. This is actually one of my favorite methods for wild hog backstrap.

I didn't marry her for her cookin though, I like to do that.
