No a champion would’ve cooked them over easy and used the sausage and peppers to mop up the yolk

I used to work with a lot of Mexicans. Sat. mornings if we were working we sent out for menudo. They said that was the "Breakfast Of Champions". Yours looks better.

I love menudo and barbacoa isn’t too shabby either.
