On the road for work. I saw my hotel provided a hot plate and didn’t think that much of it. Went to Walmart and just happen to see they were carrying waygu ribeyes. $12 later and I was asking the front desk for the hot plate. Turned out pretty good. Wish they had a little thicker cuts. But I got a kick out cooking Walmart waygu on a hot plate in a motel I couldn’t pass it up. [Linked Image]
