Fried Rio turkey. Milk wash and Louisiana Cicken Fry. Simple and delicious.

Before I coat the turkey I add a few drops of milk/egg wash to the batter to form clumps of batter, which gets it extra crunchy. Then I double dip in egg/milk wash and batter.

Try switching the milk to buttermilk. looks great as is though.

Really does make a big difference especially when you let it soak for a few hours. Great post!
