Thanks, guys. Quantities are estimated.

Couple of sliced onions. Most use yellow, I believe. I used white. Slice them about 1/2" thick.
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons salt
12 ounce beer

Mix all dry ingredients
Mix beer with dry ingredients thoroughly

Toss sliced onion rings in flour just to lightly coat. Then dip in batter and fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown.

Thanks very much! My batter is not nearly as ingredient-rich as yours is. That's probably why no one gets excited when I tell 'em I'm going to make onion rings! I'll be trying your recipe next time.

How did you do the meat for the sandwich? Those onion rings look great.

Au jus package, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried chives, and salt. Basically a Mississippi pot roast for the meat. Cooked in the oven at 300 for about 3 hours.

My burger sauce which is 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons red chili paste, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon onion powder.

Then just pepperjack cheese.

Next time I will add some caramelized onion.
