Chicken and veggie screwers (new tattoo) - 04/28/20 02:37 PM
Marinated some chicken and veggies just basically threw everything at it turned out pretty damn good.
Worcestershire sauce
Olive oil
Cayenne
Smoked paprika
Chili powder
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Kickin chicken seasoning
Brown sugar
Smoked on 250 for about 45 minutes until the chicken was 145 then cranked the pellet grill up to 450 and seared everything until chicken was 165.

Pulled the screwers off the grill and put them to the side. Shut everything down and picked up my platter and one of the rounded metal screwer ends found its way right under my thumb. Two options drop all the food on the deck and have cereal for dinner or hold on to that sucker until I could sit it back down. I chose to save the food, but got me a nice little burn. Can’t really see it on the picture but it’s branded pretty deep. Take that finger prints!!
