Pork Belly - 04/22/20 10:08 PM

I cubed up some pork belly, rolled it in flour, fried it and tossed it in some franks sizzlin’ honey garlic sauce.

my dad used to do pork belly but smoked/cooked it down to render more of the fat, holy moly was it good. My wife would agree with others about it being just too fatty though. Now ya'll have me wanting to give it a try.

Coated in butter, brown sugar, and sweet baby rays bbq sauce, it’s meat candy. That was 6 pounds, didn’t last 10 minutes.

Honestly I can only eat a few pieces of pork belly before I am over it, when I made these it was for a small group of people. So each person only got a few pieces, it was more of a small tie over before the fish was done.
