Never had, or even considered having pulled BBQ turkey.... scratch

I took wild turkey drumsticks and thighs,seasoned with sea salt and pepper.
Put in a crock pot.
Added chopped onion,carrots,and celery.
Cover with chicken broth.
Cook on high 7-8 hours.
Take meat out and pick meat off.
It will be falling off the bone.
There will be many tendons,get all the meat picked clean and in a bowl.
At this point you could use the turkey meat for anything.
Turkey salad,pot pies,tacos, enchiladas,spaghetti, just to name a few.
For the bbq,I shredded the meat and put in a pan with a little of the broth.
Added bbq sauce and heated up good.
Ready to eat.

Well, that looks better than bad smile. Can't say I've ever thought about doing that...normally we cut the breasts out and the critters get the rest of them.

Wow, that looks excellent. I normally smoke the legs and put them in a gumbo. Have never thought of this.
