Cinnamon bread

I've always liked cinnamon bread, cinnamon rolls, cinnamon gum; if it has cinnamon in it, I'm all over it. Found a recipe on the King Arthur Flour web site and just had to try it. It turned out even better than I expected. Be aware, though: you don't want to put it in your toaster! The little pieces of cinnamon can make a real mess as they heat up, and they could start a small fire!

That looks great! I'm a big fan of cinnamon too.

Add nuts and raisins next time.
