Breakfast

Have more time these days for breakfast. Almost finished before I got a picture. Deer/pork polish pan sausage cheese runny yolk fried egg on a grands biscuit.

Beats the snot out of an egg McMuffin.

working from home during this pandemic, decided to make my wife an omelette for her breakfast this morning between telecoms.

2 eggs, splash of milk, whisked.
2 slices of bacon, chopped and cooked
2 turkey sausage patties, chopped and cooked,
wedge of sweet onion, chopped and lightly cooked,
fresh spinach, chopped
grated mild cheddar cheese
copper skillet, with drippings from bacon & sausage




almost overcooked the eggs by the time I flipped it ... she thought it was great

Looks good to me, perfect with some jalapeños and salsa

I agree, but since my wife had stomach surgery, she has really cut back on spicy stuff ... tears her up (guessing on scar tissue)
