Working from home has giving me time to fire the smoker up more often. Did some pulled pork sliders with Mac and cheese for dinner tonight.

Looks good! I haven’t been able to find a shoulder or pork butt in a couple weeks.

I love doing pork shoulders but my wife finds it to be too greasy and prefers I do pork loin.
