Fixed the wifes breakfast first, her two egg one yolk omelette with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon bits, she put back one biscuit and two pieces of Bacon.

Didn't think I could eat it all until I had that first bite grin Nap time...
Poblano Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper, Baby Bella Shrooms and left over taters all spiced up.

Pretty much what I did (forget the rest of the day) other than let the mutt walk me a couple of times.

Did not plan on that much starch, game plan was just bacon, eggs and the Grand Biscuits. While I was rummaging through the fridge looking for fresh Jalapenos (which were molded bang)
I found the leftover taters that needed to be cooked or chunked and I could not let that happen (chunk) grin

Had a Banana for lunch then a medium size dinner.
