Beef rolled with ground mustard, bacon, pickles and onions. Braised in red wine reduction. The reduction is then strained and a brown gravy is made with it. Lemon, parsley mashed potatoes on the side. Skipped the red cabbage for today. Everything was outstanding. Traditional German comfort food.

I’d skip the pickles and add the red cabbage...does look tasty! food
