Here's something for those who don't have picky eaters to deal with.
My wifed and I are both retired. About a year ago we added something fun and interesting to our lives. We declared Wednesday supper as "new dish night". We search the Internet (especially YouTube videos) and our stack of cook books for recipes for a dish we've never had before, or a new variation of familiar dishes.
One of our favorite sources is Chef John's "Food Wishes" videos on YouTube. Yesterday we tried his Ping Gai Chicken dish. It was really good. Give it a try.
