Didn't need sauce. It does have the juice from the pan stirred up in it. It was injected with Apple juice (about a cup) and Spritzed every hour with Apple Juice. Took 9 hours to cook. No Coleslaw tonight. That's for tomorrow. Daytona Baby!

Here’s mine after 5 hours on the smoker. Pulled it off and in the oven to finish.

We get a lot of meals from a pork butt. Shred and vacuum seal.
