Looks like the consensus around the house is they want some for the super bowl. Not that it’s a difficult taste by any means but anything y’all do special?

Have my normal way but just to throw everyone off thought about mixing it up this time.

Not sure if that’s the exact one I use but it’s pretty close.

Bake potatoes, cut in half. Fry some sliced bacon, not crisp, so they can wrap the potato halves. Scoop out baked potatoes leaving about a 1/4" potato, make a mix of cooked sausage and cheddar cheese and partially fill, Wrap with the bacon slices, then either bake until the bacon is done or deep fry them. You can also dip in an egg wash and roll in a seasoned flour mix and fry them.

Another option half fry some sliced bacon, wrap around 1/4 slices of baked potatoes, dip in egg wash and fry them.
