Your Favorite Breakfast Tacos or Burritos?

Do you make them your self or where is your go to place?

I made some simple but tasty tacos this morning. The usual White Corn Tortillas, Scrambled eggs with fresh ground Black Pepper, Bacon bits, Sharp Cheddar cheese melted on top add more Bacon then lightly pan cooked Jalapenos, Hot Pace Picante with more Black Pepper and good to go now!

Taco by far, not a fan of the burrito.

my go to is picadillo or chorizo with potato (no egg) ... carne guisada or carnitas pastor are close behind... not a big scrambled egg fan here

Most Sunday's that I'm home my wife will make chorizo/egg with some spices, cheese, tortilla and Mrs Renfros mango habanero salsa....I look forward to it. Especially right about now because I've not been home hardly any Sunday's since deer season started.

Love breakfast tacos. Ill eat them on corn but would never pick it over a good homemade flour tortilla.

Favorites in no particular order..

barbacoa
chorizo and egg
bacon potato egg

They are all better with pico and salsa. Ive made them all at home, skinnerback's barbacoa recipe is GOOD! Don't think ive had bad tacos at any hole in the wall Mexican food eatery I have been to... and there are a bunch in and around San Antonio.

I love tacos, and prefer making them at home. It’s hard putting them in order by favorites because I love so many lol. I’d say my favorites are a tie between:

Barbacoa
Papas con chorizo (w/homemade chorizo)
Pastor
Carnitas
Carne guisada (venison w/bacon, cheese, japs)
Chili colorado
Tripas & onions (clean & crispy)
Muchacado a la Mexicano
Bean & cheese w/grilled japs & onions

Make some good spicy salsita and man.....

For burritos, as much as I love homemade fried burritos..most gas station fried burritos & hot sauce take the cake.

Had a guy tell me that a lot of good restaurants add taco meat seasoning to the eggs before they cook them, anyone tried that?

Skinnerback and KRoyal need to do a down South Cook Book, I promise I would buy a copy!

BTW the Shell station on the NW side of I35 and 380 in Denton has some good breakfast tacos and burritos

Main St in Frisco. Dennis Quick Stop. Meat and Potato tacos with green sauce is my go to when in that area. Rudy's Beef Bean and cheese when around them.

Breakfast Tacos might be my all time favorite food.

For home, I have many different styles I do, but they all have a flour tortilla, as I prefer that for breakfast. My favorite is brisket egg and cheese with El Yucateco salsa. My second favorite is is ground sausage, jalapeno, diced up french fries with American cheese with Truff Sauce.

When I go out for breakfast tacos, it's typically barbacoa and chorizo. In my neck of the woods there isn't too many places I can get a good breakfast taco at, but I do enjoy the chorizo from Rosa's and Rudy's.

Heck with as many tacos as you usually have on a plate you could make one of each lol

Venison/jalapeño German sausage with beans and potatoes
All home made, with lots of good hot sauce are some of my favorite
