May roast a domestic duck. Anything special I need to know?

any one ever cook one?

Love mallards boned out with skin on similar to the boneless turkey.

It will likely be a little greasy if it’s a fatty duck.

This, greasy dark meat. Taste something like liver to me and I hate liver.

Then whoever cooked it did not know what they were doing. Smoked domestic duck is unreal good. My opinion, you will not taste better.

Again, not wild duck, that’s a waste of time.

Smoke a domestic one and prepare to feast.
