Made this with two tenderloins left from last year. Marinated the meat in some milk vinegar soy and teriyaki sauce. Veggies were carrots zucchini onion and bell pepper. Made a sauce like a thin gravy with water flour ginger and a little more soy sauce. Served over egg noodles. Mushrooms and some heat would be a great addition but I gotta keep it family rated
