Had a good weekend fishing with the family.
For supper I made blackened hybrid filets,asparagus,and salad.

What’s your recipe on the hybrid and was you happy with the way it turned out? I have a freezer full that I typically grill. Trim the red out?

I liked it!
Yes, trim all red off.
Brush with olive oil season with Zatarins blackening season, cook in a medium hot cast iron skillet about 2 minutes per side.
