Venison Chili

Venison chili,oven fried cabbage,and I made cornbread for the family.

Chop up a head of cabbage and half an onion and put in a foil pan.

Season with sea salt,black pepper, and paprika.

I usually do the cabbage in a fry pan. use a fair amount of oil. add the onions, garlic and salt. after they get color, add the cabbage, pepper and a good shot of soy sauce. cook till tender.

Absolutely love cabbage done that way. Does great in cast iron skillet in grill too.
