Philly Jalapeño Cheddar Cream cheese.
Going to try it on some dove tonight on the grill.

Oh my. That’s good. Has a good jalapeño kick.. I would add some extra cheddar cheese next time. 
I pat cooked the bacon in microwave for 2min. Removed the breast bone and placed the dip on the dove. The rolled the dove in two slices of bacon per breast and put on the grill.

I like the idea because you don’t have to worry about dealing with jalapeños. Looks delicious!
