Kind of funny story behind that. The wife wanted to slice the brisket when it was done so while I indulged on a few I made her watch a youtube video on how to do slice it properly showing where the cross grain cut will be for the flat and point, It was a good video but you know how Wimmin can be
Thank goodness I stopped her before she wacked the whole thing up
