Deer Parmesan - 09/18/19 02:13 PM

Made this last night, came out really good.

Cut a bottom round into steaks tenderized and marinated in milk worcestershire salt pepper and garlic over night. Dredge in flour then egg wash then Italian bread crumb/Parmesan mix. Pan fry a couple minutes on each side, then layer in a baking sheet with some marinara and sliced mozzarella cheese and bake 20-30 minutes covered. If you want the top to brown remove cover for last couple minutes and broil. We ate it over spaghetti noodles it was damn good and leftovers for lunch food

Would work with many cuts. We do a lot with the rounds because they are bigger than most other cuts on a deer.
