Fired up the stick burner.
Two slabs of beef dino ribs and some axis pan sausage jalapeno poppers.

The ribs look great, but Jalepeno Poppers, in any variety, might be the best eats, period.

beef ribs, when done right, is some of my favorite eating! And poppers go well just about any way.
