Got a camp stove so I would stop destroying my kitchen doing steaks in the skillet. Cold smoked this on the traeger for 30 minutes then hit the cast iron with butter.

Man, I may have to join Costco. That's my favorite part of the ribeye. I think it's better than the tenderloin.
