Ribeye

Got a camp stove so I would stop destroying my kitchen doing steaks in the skillet. Cold smoked this on the traeger for 30 minutes then hit the cast iron with butter.

You know how to select them. I always choose the one with the biggest eye. Funny thing, some people pick the one with the biggest cap.

Guess it depends on what you like. That cap tasted like butter it was so fatty but I’m all about the good cut off that.

Bill have you ever had Rib Eye Cap steak? Costco has them That grade out Prime. IMO steak does not get any better than that.

Man, I may have to join Costco. That's my favorite part of the ribeye. I think it's better than the tenderloin.

My wife cooks our steaks in a cast iron pan, better than any restaurant I've ever eaten at.
