Corned Beef Hash / pics

I had some corned beef left from a few month ago. This is my first attempt and first time to eat it. Turned out pretty good but the heat off of the griddle was brutal.

when I order it at a restaurant, my wife always makes a comment about it looking like canned dog food ... ... but I love it with a couple eggs over easy too.

Now I am curious, how did you have any corned beef left over?

Only way I've ever had it was with cabbage and on Reuben's.

is the green stuff, green onion, bell pepper, jalapeno?
