My take on spaghetti and meatballs

I used some ground deer meet and ground spicy sausage to make the meat balls then cooked them on the kamado joe setup as indirect heat.






I think it came out great and my testers sure didn’t mind it.

I don't think she was too happy that I made something that makes such a great mess. She wasn't really paying attention to what I was making but if you think she looks dirty you should have seen the kitchen I am terrible I tell you.

I've found that I like to clean as I am cooking, ends up with much less mess to clean at the end of the meal ...

That doesn't sound near as much fun, the way I swung it to her was every good chef needs and assistant.
