Homemade Chicken Bryan-- Carraba's Knockoff

Last nigh the wife said she wanted chicken for supper tonight. A bit later she said she had the hankering for Chicken Bryan from Carraba's.

Since I am like her personal magic genie, her wish is my command. I tried making a home version of Chicken Bryan.

For those that had never had Chicken Bryan from the restaurant, you are missing out on a delicious meal. It is a grilled chicken breast with sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese and a wine/lemon/butter/garlic sauce dribbled over everything.

Tonight I served it with a side of mushrooms and pasta coated in the sauce used on the chicken. It pairs well with mashed potatoes as well.

Man I just killed some chicken wings and that still makes me hungry.
