Breakfast

Had some left over Brisket and had a hard time making up my mind what to do? First thought big Burrito or fried eggs with? Finally decided on this and it was pretty darn tasty!



Diced up a Potato skin on, added Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic , reg Black Pepper. Wish I would have had a fresh Onion..



Drained the excess oil out of pan put a little butter in there and cooked the shrooms while heating the brisket.



Dumped it in with the now soft scrambled eggs mixed them in and cooked on low for a short.



Added the Sharp Cheddar cheese.



Had leftover Whataburger gray poured on shredded piece of toast, added Hot Pace Picante sauce and diced Avocado and devoured

Dayum that looks awful good to me Stub, how was it ?
To be honest with ya it was good

I'll tell ya it was so good I might not ever eat again because it will surely be a let down

Next time you cook up a meal like that hell invite me over.
You will be the first person I call buddy

Stub you need to work on your presentation thats pretty weak.

I remember as a kid throwing a fit that my mom put onions in everything and now im worse about it than she was... and my son gives me hell about it lol. I guess im due.
