Easter Brisket

Threw a brisket on the smoker for Easter. 14 lbs and cooked it a little hotter than normal, 275-300 deg. Was on for about 7 hours and turned out great.

Wish I could do one like that. Mine usually are only worth using for a head rock on a trotline!!
