Briskets $1.39 @ Randall's ends Easter Sunday

Randall's grocery store chain in the Houston area has a sale on briskets that ends on Easter Sunday for $1.39 per pound.

I was in Randall's to pick up a prime rib roast at $3.99 a pound. I wound up with a 10.84 pound prime rib. I will try to post pictures after it is finished cooking Easter Sunday.

Tom Thumb bought Randalls a while back then Albertsons bought Tom Thumb so Albertson also has their Brisket on for $1.39 lb 4/18 - 4/21

Do you remember Hypermart? It was a failed concept/venture with Tom Thumb and Walmart. It wound up being the prototype of the Walmart Superstore. I'll have to do the $1.39 special. That's too good to pass up.

Jet that is good only at Albertson., I just left Tom Thumb and tried to get them to match it and it was a No Go

Kroger by my house has choice briskets on sale for $2.99/lb last night.
