Meat counter or packages

I always only buy my prime tenderloins at the meat counter. It's the opposite for roast, ribs, and ground beef. How about you?

Butcher shop

I ask someone in the meat department to cut my steaks since I prefer them thick, but pretty much everything else is just in the display case.

Sometimes we get steaks from a local butcher shop. A lot of the time at the hour im in HEB the meat counter is closed.

Since I found Custom Meats in Decatur, I shop there. They have the good stuff.
