Calzone Greatness

Calzone Greatness - 12/09/18 03:12 PM

I ran across these pictures on my photo bucket account. I only made Calzones 1 time and it was really good. I am thinking about getting all of the stuff to make it again today since it is cold and nasty. The date on the pictures are 2011. Time really fly`s.

Canadian bacon, Pepperoni, Onions, bell peppers, Black Olives, Mozzarella Cheese and Marinara Sauce plus the dough.

My wife found a recipe for something that looked a lot like that, I cant remember if it was a calzone or Stromboli, but it was damn good!

I used some recipe off of the internet. You had to use yeast and let it sit and rise for a couple of hours if I remember correctly.
