Grilled up the last of my venison backstrap. Time to get serious about hunting.
I had roasted brussel sprouts, with garlic and bacon. Corn casserole with melted cheese on top.
Last but not least, rare grilled venison backstrap !
I hate to toot my own horn, but man was it good!

Looks good. I like the roasted brussels sprouts too. Had a pan seared axis backstrap night before last with some sprouts.
