Pork belly burn ends

Cubed up an uncurled pork belly. Placed directly on the grates of the smoker for 2.5 hours at 225. Removed and placed them in a pan and covered liberally with brown sugar and stick butter. Back in the smoker for about 30 minutes. Then add BBQ sauce of choice, I used KC Masterpiece, and back into the smoker but bump the temp to 300. You want the sauce to get sticky and crisp up the edges.

Remove and enjoy. These will melt in your mouth.
