Easy Focaccia Bread

The link below is for a very simple and delicious focaccia bread. From start to finish the whole process takes about an hour. In place of using a stand mixer, I just used a big wooden spoon.

I served the bread with a home made pasta sauce and rigatoni noodles.

Shame on me. No vegetables were harmed in making my meal.
