Did a little grilling and smoking

I grilled some venison backstrap.
I smoked some venison roll ups(hindquarter steaks pounded thin,stuffed with cream cheese and roasted green chili, wrapped in bacon).
I smoked some venison burgers stuffed with roasted green chili and wrapped in bacon.
And also through a few Nathan’s beef hotdogs on the smoker.
Not too bad.
